Sonia has a broad corporate and commercial practice mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, capital markets and corporate finance. Sonia’s expertise extends to assisting in the structuring, formation and management of private equity funds and she has acted for investment managers from the well-established to start-up managers. Sonia also has extensive experience with project financing, private placements and public offerings as well as securitization.
